Do not hang any clothing or towels on the railing of the balcony.

No grilling on the balcony.

Renters must have a parking pass in any cars parked in the parking lot.  Parking passes are available from the Manager’s Unit #15.

Rules of Cocoa Beach Towers require that all renters must rent for a minimum of six (6) nights.

All dirty linens must be piled in the kitchen on the tile floor upon departure.

A damage deposit will be required for all renters.

A one time clean up fee of $150 will be charged per stay.

Mandatory Taxes including Sales Tax of 6%, State of Florida Luxury Tax of 1% and a Brevard County Luxury Tax of 5% are added to the final rental cost.
